Titre : Stratégie de l’eau du groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement 2021-2025

La Banque Africaine de Développement a rédigé un projet de stratégie de l’eau pour guider la mise en œuvre de la politique de l’eau pour la période 2021 – 2025. Aligné sur la politique de l’eau, le projet de stratégie de l’eau repose sur quatre piliers axés sur le lien entre l’eau, l’alimentation et l’énergie, ainsi que sur la gestion durable des ressources en eau.

La Stratégie de l’eau présente l’orientation et les priorités stratégiques de la Banque à l’appui de l’opérationnalisation de sa Politique de l’eau et de la réalisation de la priorité des High 5 Améliorer la qualité de vie des populations africaines. Elle vise à recentrer l’appui de la Banque aux pays membres régionaux sur la réalisation de la sécurité hydrique, qui est un objectif fondamental de la Stratégie décennale (2013-2022) et des priorités des High 5 de l’institution, de la Vision africaine de l’eau 2025, de l’Agenda 2030 pour le développement durable et de l’Agenda 2063 de l’Union africaine, « L’Afrique que nous voulons ».
