Local Government (Water Pollution) Act, 1977 (Water Quality Standards for Phosphorus) Regulations, 1998 : GUIDANCE NOTE TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES ON PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION REPORTS
The Report should be concise. The main body of the report should be restricted to
less than 20 pages with maps and data attached as Appendices. In addition to a hard
copy of the Report, the main body of the report together with any tabular appendices
should also be provided in electronic format.
This document sets out a general framework for the report along with guidance on
what the report should contain. The purpose of preparing this document is to facilitate
a consistent approach to implementation of the Regulations and reporting of same.
