The Report should be concise. The main body of the report should be restricted to
less than 20 pages with maps and data attached as Appendices. In addition to a hard
copy of the Report, the main body of the report together with any tabular appendices
should also be provided in electronic format.

This document sets out a general framework for the report along with guidance on
what the report should contain. The purpose of preparing this document is to facilitate
a consistent approach to implementation of the Regulations and reporting of same.
